 Kallam Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2018, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of 10% (Rs. 0.20) per Equity Share of Face Value of Rs. 2/- each, for the financial year 2017-18. The proposal for dividend is subject to approval of Shareholders at ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company

Friends - good morning ... Lycos to Brightcom group change process at last leg... all matters get cleared by early Sept 2018. All doubt of numbers, business, what is Bright com etc etc will be cristal clear by then... all negativity will vanish.... be prudent ... let the stock perform as per market wills and fancy... all the best and good luck to all stakeholders..
Lycos numbers are real, however price is intentionally kept down to checkmate Daum. Till Daum issue is closed permanently and promoters increases their stake price will remain like this. Even if they show double numbers next week, price will remain same (may drop because of good numbers) Therefore most important thing is Daum iss ue closure and we have no visibility when it will happen. Earlier it was AKG , UNO selling and now Everest and I am sure after this another name will come. It is endless and will continue till Daum closure . These shares are rotating and new names will keep on coming Therefore for high risk profile retail investors, only option is to put the money which they are willing to loose and check price after 3 YEARS . Either it will be close to zero or close to 100....
        THIS COMPANY  IS GOING TO CHANGE  HIS  NAME, 
        WHEN ITS  NAME WILL CHANGE  TO   BRIGHTCOM  THEN                YOU WILL GET  NICE  MONEY FROM  THIS..
