Aro Granite Industries Ltd (AGIL) started operations as a 100% export-oriented unit (EOU) in 1991 for processing polished/ flamed granite tiles and slabs. It exports to North America, South America, Europe and the Far East markets. Its granite processing plants in Hosur and Chennai Ports have processing facilities for granite slabs, granite tiles and cut-tosize blocks. AGIL has an equity capital of Rs.15.3 crore supported by reserves of Rs.164.92 crore.  AGIL posted 728% higher PAT of Rs.9.71 crore on sales of Rs.172.44 crore and an EPS of Rs.6.29. For Q4FY19, it posted 883% higher PAT of Rs.3.46 crore on sales of Rs.46.97 crore and an EPS of Rs.2.2. It declared 10% dividend for FY19.

Pitti Engineering Ltd:

For good returns  (CMP: Rs.44.30)  Incorporated in 1987 by Sharad Pitti, Pitti Engineering Ltd (PEL) manufactures quality laminations and is a one-stop solution provider for critical sectors. It is an ISO 9002 certified company with the largest market share in the special purpose motors segment in India. Its product range includes 300 different types of electrical laminations, which are used in all types of motors for a wide spectrum of applications, alternators, DC machines, traction motors, pumps, train lighting generators, railway lighting alternators, aeronautics and medical diagnosis equipment, windmill generators, die-cast rotors, stators, etc. .

Malu Paper 

Shares of this paper and paper products company touched a 52-week high of Rs. 51 and low of Rs. 20. It is a part of the Malu Group, which is also engaged in manufacturing and trading of electro rods, manganese, coal, lignite, mild steel, etc. For the year 2017-18, it reported income of Rs. 279 crores, and profit of Rs. 1.46 crores. For the December quarter, income was Rs. 69.85 crores, and profit Rs. 1.14 crores. Operating profit margin was 4.76%, while net profit margin was 1.63%. Promoter holding in the company is 69.920%. The stock is trading at 6.33 times the earnings, and is attractively priced. Like other paper companies, Malu Paper is also expected to report strong numbers on May 20. The stock can be seen outperforming going ahead.
