1.To consider and adopt the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter
and Nine months ended 31st December, 2017.
2.To consider and approve the Limited Review Report for the Quarter and Nine months
ended 31st December, 2017.
3.To any other matters with the permission of the chair.
Further, pursuant to the Code of Conduct of the Prevention of Insider Trading, the closure of Trading Window for all the specified persons of the Company has commenced from 07th February, 2018 and shall end on 48 hours after the meeting concluded on 14th February, 2018 the date on which the results are made public.

IMAC being a manufacturer of patented cheese it is processing huge quantity of Milk. During this process calcium is extracted. This calcium is the Natural Calcium is THE ONLY NATURAL AND BIO-AVAILABLE CALCIUM. Maximaa has received all the rights for this unique calcium from IMAC, as result we can produce huge quantity to cater the ever increasing market demand.
